At the R+L Carriers Pride + Merchandise Store, we want you to wear your gear with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn fashion apparel within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team with your order number and email address to start your return or exchange process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or R+L Carriers service center.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange item will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
